Hi!
I'm Katrina
ADHD coach, educator, mom of five, and the heart behind My Graceful Chaos.

About Me
For over 15 years, I’ve dedicated my life to helping children thrive — not by forcing them to fit into traditional molds, but by celebrating how they naturally learn and grow. I’m a firm believer that learning should be messy, meaningful, and filled with movement — especially for kids with ADHD or other unique learning needs.
My Background
- M.Ed in Curriculum & Instruction
- PhD in Educational Leadership (in progress)
- Certified ADHD Coach
- Experienced classroom teacher, curriculum developer, and mentor coach
Throughout my career, I’ve worked with countless children, teachers, and parents. But it wasn’t until my own child was diagnosed with ADHD — and later, when I received my own adult diagnosis — that everything shifted. I realized how misunderstood these kids are, and how powerful they can be when supported the right way.
A Little More About Me
- I live in beautiful South Florida, where we blend
learning with nature any chance we get. - I’m a podcast co-host, small business owner, and published author.
- I’m also a survivor. My journey hasn’t been easy — I’ve overcome trauma, rebuilt my life, and found strength through faith, family, and a relentless passion for
helping others.

Why
My Graceful Chaos
Because life isn’t neat — especially with kids. It’s loud, unpredictable, full of joy and struggle all at once. And yet, that chaos can be beautiful when we stop trying to control it and instead learn to work with it.
My Graceful Chaos was born from that idea. What started as a blog is now a full-blown educational resource hub for families and teachers. We offer:
- Hands-on learning programs
- ADHD-friendly academic tools
- Teacher & parent coaching
- Digital courses, printables, and sensory-based products
Everything I create is designed with real-life in mind — no
Pinterest-perfect classrooms here. Just practical, researchbacked, joy-filled resources to help kids succeed the way
their brains are wired to.

Guided by Grace, Driven by Purpose
Mission Statement

To empower kids, support parents, and guide educators by
redefining what success looks like — especially for
neurodivergent learners. We don’t “fix” kids around here. We
celebrate them, guide them, and help them shine.

Vision Statement
At My Graceful Chaos, we envision a world where every child—especially those with ADHD—feels seen, empowered, and capable of achieving greatness. We believe that real learning happens through doing, exploring, and embracing the beautiful messiness of growth.
